    Hi,
    I am looking for best practice/regulation on PSV settings. As for thermal/fire, conventional & pilot operated PSV, what should the setting be?
    I have been told 110-115% of the MAWP/Design Pressure of the vessel?

    Please advise.

    Refer to API520 ( Sizing, Selection, and installation of pressure relieving devices in refinaries) you would find what you need.
